Tisztelt Alsónémedi lakosok, ingatlan-tulajdonosok!

Ezúton is szeretnénk tájékoztatni Önöket és felhívni a figyelmüket, hogy a Képviselő-testület (hatáskörében eljárva a Polgármester) kezdeményezte a helyi építési szabályzat módosítását a lakótelkek beépíthetőségére vonatkozóan. A rendelet-módosítás arra irányul, hogy 900 m2-enként 1 db, de telkenként maximum 2 lakás (lakóegység) épülhessen.
